Trackback Spam Attack
I've been getting hit all day by a "crap flood" spammer from who is leaving hundreds of nasty spam trackbacks on my various weblogs. This spammer is sure to be hitting other MT weblogs. If you want to preemptively block it from your site, go into your Blacklist settings and block the URL pattern, "pictures-and-videos.com". Make sure you have "Scan incoming TrackBack pings" ticked in your Blacklist Configuration.
